2. What data do we collect?
We only collect the information necessary for our services:
* In-store: Last name, first name, phone number (for workshop tracking), e-mail (for the digital invoice).
* E-commerce: Shipping address, billing address, order history.
* Payment: Your credit card information is processed by our secure providers (Stripe); we do not have direct access to it.
3. Why do we collect your data?
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
* Contract execution: Managing your orders, deliveries, and workshop repairs.
* Legal obligation: Invoicing and accounting.
* Legitimate interest: Sending store news (if you are already a customer) or customer service management.
* Consent: Newsletter subscription (revocable at any time).
4. Retention period
We do not keep your data forever:
* Active clients: 3 years after the last contact or purchase.
Accounting documents: 10 years (legal obligation).
* Prospects: 3 years after collection or last contact.
5. Data Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with:
* Carriers: To deliver your bikes and accessories.
* The website host: For the technical operation of the e-commerce.
* The maintenance provider: For your management software / accounting software. The CB4W customer file is managed by the kyte software.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
* Right of access, rectification, and erasure of your data.
* Right to withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., newsletter).
* Right to object or restriction of processing.

Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) – discount4bike.be
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter «GTC») apply, without restriction or reserve, to all sales concluded on the website *discount4bike.be* (hereinafter «the Site»)
between:
The company SRL CB4W, having its registered office at 270 rue de Tournai, 7973 Stambruges (Belgium) and company number BE0842.594.557, hereinafter referred to as «the Seller» or «CB4W».
And any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the Site, hereinafter referred to as «the Customer».
#1. Purpose and Products
The Website offers for sale:
* New bikes sold directly by SRL CB4W.
New bikes sold by Third Parties... (specific conditions)
* Used bicycles sold via a third-party partner. For the latter, SRL CB4W acts as a facilitating intermediary. The partner's specific terms and conditions may apply.
The customer is invited to carefully read the characteristics of each product before placing an order.

#2. Bicycle Recovery Process
The Site offers an old bicycle trade-in service under the following conditions:
- The Customer submits a trade-in request via the dedicated form on the Website.
- Following validation and estimation by CB4W, the Customer receives a discount code (voucher).
* This discount code is strictly personal, non-refundable, and is only valid for the purchase of a new or used bicycle on the Website or in-store.
We reserve the right, at the time of bike collection, to refuse the trade-in if the bike is not in a condition similar to that described by the customer during their trade-in request. A new estimate based on the actual condition of the bike will be offered to the customer. The customer may refuse it, in which case they may either cancel the purchase, or increase their cash payment by the value of the originally agreed trade-in. If the sale is canceled during home delivery, the cost of the delivery will remain the customer's responsibility.
#3. Rates and Payment
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (Belgian VAT included), excluding delivery costs.
Payment of the entire price must be made at the time of the order using the secure payment methods offered on the Site.
#4. Delivery and Pickup
The Customer can choose between three methods for receiving their order:
– In-store pickup

At the CB4W bike shop
An email informs the customer as soon as the bike is ready.
Bike delivery is always by appointment.
– Home delivery €99.00
Available only in Belgium
Estimated delivery times are specified when ordering.
- «On events» delivery»
The Customer may choose to pick up their bike at an event listed on the Website. A specific time slot will be set. If the Customer fails to respect this time slot (and barring prior written agreement with the Seller), the order will be redirected to a standard delivery method. Standard pricing terms will then apply automatically: free in-store pickup or home delivery billed at €99.00.
Upon pickup or delivery, an ID as well as the order confirmation may be required.
#5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian and European e-commerce legislation, the Customer (physical consumer) has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional clients / companies.
Return shipping fees: Return shipping fees are exclusively borne by the Customer. In the case of a bicycle, given its size, the Customer may also return it free of charge to the CB4W store after prior agreement.
Product condition: The bicycle must be returned in its original condition, unused, complete, and in its original packaging if present at the time of delivery. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded. We ensure the secure delivery of our products and inspect the bicycles before delivery. If a defect occurs during delivery, it must be reported by email or WhatsApp message at the time of product pickup. Otherwise, the delivery is deemed accepted by the customer.
The refund will be made by the Seller using the same payment method as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request. However, the Seller reserves the right to defer the refund until actual recovery of the product in perfect condition.
#6. Warranties
New bicycles come with a 2-year statutory conformity warranty for consumers residing in Belgium. This warranty may be extended according to the specific general terms and conditions of each manufacturer (specified on product pages or brand websites). Note: Most manufacturer warranties are conditional upon annual maintenance being performed by a professional bicycle mechanic.
Exclusion of warranty for wear and tear parts: The legal guarantee of conformity does not cover normal wear and tear of the bicycle related to its use. Expressly excluded from the warranty are so-called «wear and tear» parts such as: tires, inner tubes, brake pads and shoes, discs, chains, cassettes, cables and housings, as well as grips and saddle coverings, unless it is proven that the defect existed prior to delivery.
To be eligible for the manufacturers' commercial warranties or warranty extensions, the Customer agrees to have the periodic maintenance recommended by the brand carried out by a professional workshop (such as the CB4W store).
Used bikes: The warranty on used bikes is managed in accordance with the terms and conditions of our partner vendor, which applies the 1-year legal liability warranty (excluding wear-and-tear parts and/or use not in compliance with the product's technical datasheet). SRL CB4W limits its role to that of an intermediary for this category of products.
#7. Pricing and Costs
Price variation: CB4W reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, in particular based on changes in its suppliers' rates or promotions. However, the product will be billed to the Customer based on the rate in effect and displayed on the Site at the time the order is finally validated by the Customer.
#8. Equipment Compliance and Modification
The photographs and descriptions of the products on the Site are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value. Due to potential component stockouts from manufacturers, slight variations in equipment (such as, for example, the exact brand or model of tires, grips, saddle, derailleurs, or brakes) may occur compared to the initial technical datasheet, without the Seller notifying the Customer in advance. These modifications will only take place if the replacement equipment has technical characteristics and quality equivalent to or higher than those initially planned, and shall not give rise to any compensation or order cancellation.
#9. Regulations Governing Electric Bicycles (e-bikes) and «Unrestriction»
Compliant use and prohibition of modification (Unlocking): The Electric Assist Bicycles (EABs) sold on the Site comply with Belgian and European legislation (assistance limited to 25 km/h and maximum 250 W motor). Any technical modification, motor «unlocking» or use of unlocking kits by the Customer shall result in the immediate cancellation of the legal and commercial warranty. CB4W declines any civil or criminal liability in the event of an accident, fine or damage occurring as a result of a modification to the electric assist system by the Customer or a third party.
